Data confidentiality
Confidential by default
Information shared during an enquiry or project is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate, plan and deliver the agreed work.
What this covers
This includes product concepts, strategy, research, analytics, customer insights, commercial information, credentials and project materials supplied by the client.
Access and sharing
Client information is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide the service, unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly approved by the client.
Storage and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect project information. Materials are retained only for as long as needed for delivery, legitimate business records or legal obligations, then securely removed where practical.
Portfolio use
A client’s name, logo, results or project details will not be published as a case study without prior permission.
Questions
Specific confidentiality requirements can be agreed before a project begins and documented in the service agreement or a separate NDA.
